Use Staged to review drafting views from your active Revit model and send new details or revisions.
Open Archiboost inside Revit, then choose Detail Library > Staged > Send to Library. You need a connected Revit 2025 or 2026 plugin, an open model, and permission to import details to Revit. This permission also controls sending drafting views to the library; ask your organization admin if access is missing.
In a browser, this tab explains the workflow and offers Download Revit plugin. Selecting and exporting drafting views happens inside Revit.
- Activate the model whose drafting views you want to send.
- Search by view name or use All, Revisions, and New to narrow the view list. Use Refresh after changes. Views identified as duplicates cannot be selected.
- Select the views and choose Review and send.
- Review how many views will update an existing detail with a revision and how many will become new details. Select Project for the new details when requested.
- Choose Send with the displayed view count and follow each view's progress.
Exporting from Revit… means the export is running. Sent · processing in the library means the view was sent but processing is still underway. Look for Added to the library or Revision added to the library, read any warnings, and inspect the resulting detail before using it.
If some views fail or remain unsent, use Retry with the displayed view count. Stop after this view lets the current export finish before stopping. Keep the flow open while sending; leaving it ends the send after the view in progress. Use Send more to return to view selection. If you change the active model, check the refreshed view list before selecting more views.
