Authorize an Autodesk account, browse projects, and use it as a CA destination.
Open Integrations → Internal accounts → Autodesk and select Connect or Add account. Complete Autodesk authorization, then return to Integrations and confirm that the account shows connected. Use Reconnect if its status becomes expired, revoked, or error.
Select Browse on a connected internal Autodesk account to view its project and file hierarchy. Choose a project and select Create Project to make a linked ArchiBoost project. You can also select supported .rvt files and choose Import Revit files. The import flow first creates the required linked ArchiBoost project when needed, then lets you review the files before import. Keep the progress dialog open while importing and check the project before retrying any file that reports an error.
For Construction Administration, open an ArchiBoost project’s CA → Configuration tab and choose this connected account and its Autodesk project as the destination. New destination RFIs and submittals are created in the selected Autodesk project. Save and check setup, then configure routing and sync. The CA editor supports one Autodesk destination per ArchiBoost project.
If the project does not appear in the picker, verify that the connected Autodesk account can see it. A lost connection or project permission later makes the CA destination unavailable until you reconnect the account, restore access, or choose another destination.
