Configure RFI routing

Set the Autodesk RFI starting state, Ball in court, optional AI type selection, and Procore sync scope.

Open CA → Configuration → RFIs. Under RFI routing, choose the Starting state offered by Autodesk, then select a required Ball in court participant. You can add eligible Default co-reviewers. The available states and people come from the selected Autodesk project; if none are eligible, resolve Autodesk permissions before syncing new RFIs.

Let AI choose the RFI type uses the source RFI title and question to select an active Autodesk type. It can choose the default type or another active type with a configured reviewer or coordinator. The default type uses the starting state and Ball in court selection on this screen. Leave the switch off for fixed routing.

Under Sync scope, the connected Procore account is included when it is Ball in court. Add Additional Ball in court emails if other assignees should also cause new open RFIs to enter this destination. Already linked RFIs continue syncing even if their current assignment changes.

Use Due date policy and Manage holidays to set the destination due date. Leave Sync closed responses on if a closed Autodesk official response should be copied back to the linked Procore RFI. Turning it off still allows destination creation and updates.

Save Configuration, run or recheck setup, and then sync. Check the Dashboard for item-level outcomes; an AI routing or eligibility problem appears there for attention.
