Create a folder, open it, upload PDFs, and wait for processing before expecting the folder to be available in Rus.
The Documents page is folder-based. You create folders at the project root first, then upload files into a folder.
Right now, the project document upload flow is PDF-focused. If you are preparing a full drawing package for QA/QC, use the dedicated QA/QC request flow rather than treating it like a general Rus library.
A folder becomes useful for Rus only after it contains processed files. If you upload a PDF and immediately ask a question, Rus may not be able to use that folder yet.
Open the destination folder before dropping files. The drag-and-drop overlay identifies the drop area, and the upload dialog lists the selected files. You need permission to add documents; if the action is unavailable, ask your organization admin to check your role.
The standard project-document upload accepts PDF files and supports multiple files. Follow the size limit shown by the uploader. If a file is rejected, read the validation message and remove or replace that file; changing its filename extension does not turn another file format into a PDF.
Uploading and processing are separate stages. Check each file's progress and status before closing the dialog or using the folder as context. If an upload fails, check whether that file was added before trying again so you do not duplicate it. An upload success message does not mean parsing is complete; wait for the processed state.
