Authorize a Procore account, browse projects, and add external CA sources.
Open Integrations → External accounts → Procore and select Connect or Add account. Complete Procore authorization and confirm that the account shows connected. For a Procore project managed by your own organization, the Integrations page also offers Procore under Internal accounts.
Select Browse on a connected Procore account to explore companies, projects, and files. You can select a project and choose Create Project to make a linked ArchiBoost project. For supported .rvt files, select Import Revit files. If a linked project does not exist yet, the import dialog prompts you to create it first, then review and import the files. Check the ArchiBoost project before retrying a partial import.
To use a partner project as a CA source, open the ArchiBoost project’s CA → Configuration tab. Select Add source, then choose the connected Procore account, company, and project. Save Configuration. A Procore account connection by itself does not place a project in CA.
New CA RFIs enter the Autodesk destination only when the connected Procore account or an additional configured email is Ball in court. New submittals require an active reviewer assignment. If the Procore connection expires, is revoked, or loses project access, CA shows a source warning. Reconnect in Integrations or restore project access, then refresh the source inbox.
