Compare Procore source items with Autodesk destination items and inspect each item's sync activity.
Open an ArchiBoost project and choose CA → Inbox. The inbox places External sources (Procore) on the left and the Internal destination (Autodesk) on the right. Use All items, RFIs, or Submittals to filter the list.
Each row shows its type, available number, title, activity time, and status. Select a row to see its question or description, priority when available, due date, and Sync activity across runs. A source and its destination can have different numbers or statuses, so check the item history when comparing them.
Use the refresh control at the top of either pane to reload that source or destination independently. Sync changes queues a CA sync; a pane refresh only reloads what is currently in the external system. After syncing, use the Dashboard to review run outcomes and any blocked or failed operations.
If a Procore source has an access problem, the inbox displays a warning above the filters. Repair the connection in Integrations or the source list in Configuration, then refresh the source pane.
