Understand organization roles, Rus seats, and separate QA/QC and Detail Library access.
An organization admin can open Settings → Organization Members to review the member table. Org Access controls the organization role. RUS Seats, Detail Library Access, and QA/QC Access are separate columns when those products are enabled for the organization. A person can be a member of the organization without access to every product.
To give a person access, first confirm they are an active organization member. Review their organization role and the relevant product column. Change only the access needed for their work, then refresh the table and confirm the saved value. If an invitation is still pending, have the person accept it with the invited email address before troubleshooting a missing product.
The RUS seat column appears when your organization's Rus billing is active. The page shows used seats and, when configured, a maximum. Adding a seat can be blocked by that limit. If the interface does not offer seat removal, contact your account administrator or ArchiBoost support; do not assume disabling a person automatically changes billing.
An organization admin can also disable another member. Disabled status is different from a product role and can prevent the person from using the organization. Review the full impact before changing it. If you cannot edit roles or see a product column, ask an organization admin to check your own role and whether that product is enabled.
