Configure the CA timezone, response period, cutoff, and holidays used for new destination due dates.
Open CA → Configuration and select the RFIs or Submittals tab. RFIs have a Due date policy; submittals have a Review due date policy. Each policy has its own Project timezone, Response period, Count as choice, and Cutoff time. The sample receipt and calculated due date update as you edit them.
- Business days skip weekends and project holidays that you explicitly enable.
- Calendar days count every day, including weekends and holidays.
- If receipt is after the cutoff in the selected timezone, counting starts on the next eligible day. For business days, receipt on a weekend or enabled holiday also moves to the next business day.
For RFIs, the policy uses the source creation time when setting the destination due date. For automatic submittal review, counting begins with the first sync that receives an active Procore reviewer assignment.
To manage holidays, select Manage holidays in either tab. Choose a Country / region for suggestions, turn on only the dates you want counted as holidays, or add a custom name and date. Save the holiday calendar, then save the Configuration changes. Holidays are shared by the RFI and submittal policies; a suggested date has no effect until it is enabled and saved.
