Use one Autodesk destination, save configuration changes, and monitor manual or automatic sync.
Construction Administration requires CA access and connected project accounts. Open CA in the project and complete setup before syncing. The current configuration screen manages one Autodesk destination for the project's external sources.
Check the destination
In the CA configuration, confirm the Autodesk account and project selected as the destination. Configure the offered RFI and submittal defaults, routing, and managed-field connections. Save changes and resolve the setup or access checks shown before using sync.
Changing the Autodesk destination resets its RFI defaults, submittal defaults, managed-field connections, and setup checks. External Procore sources remain connected. Review the confirmation dialog, then configure and check the replacement destination before syncing again.
Choose when to sync
Use Sync changes in the Inbox or Sync now on the Dashboard to queue a manual run after setup is ready. For recurring sync, enable Automatic sync and choose the Every interval on the Dashboard or in Configuration. Save other pending configuration changes before changing automatic sync in Configuration; those controls are disabled while other changes are unsaved.
Check the result message after enabling, disabling, or changing the schedule. Selecting an interval does not confirm that a particular item was copied successfully.
Review the outcome
Inspect the Dashboard's latest finished run, recent run outcomes, and selected run items. Operations show Source → Destination or Destination → Source and the available before/after statuses. Read any failed or blocked outcome to identify which account, mapping, or setup requirement needs attention. You can also open an item in the Inbox to see its sync activity across runs.
After repairing a connection or configuration, check readiness and the current item's outcome before retrying. Avoid creating a second destination to work around a failed sync; the current editor supports one destination.
