Requires access

Set up Construction Administration

Choose an Autodesk destination, add optional Procore sources, and check RFI and submittal readiness.

Before starting, connect an internal Autodesk account in Integrations. Connect an external Procore account too if you want to bring in partner RFIs or submittals. Your account also needs access to CA in the ArchiBoost project.

  1. Open the project and select CA. On the first run, Configuration opens to Choose where your project work should go.
  2. Under Autodesk destination, choose an Autodesk account and project. New destination RFIs and submittals will be created there. One destination is supported per ArchiBoost project.
  3. Optionally select Add source under External Procore sources, then choose an account, company, and project. You can add sources later.
  4. Select Save & check setup. ArchiBoost saves the destination first, then checks Autodesk RFI and submittal setup. The checks may create required sync fields in Autodesk.
  5. Read the Setup progress results. If a check fails, the saved destination stays in place; use the indicated action in Configuration and run the check again.
  6. Select Continue to configuration. Set the RFI and submittal creation defaults, due date policy, review routing, and sync scope before your first sync.

If no Autodesk projects appear, check that the selected account is connected and has access to the desired Autodesk project. If access later changes, CA opens Configuration so you can reconnect the account or select another destination.
