What Are Project Documents?

Project Documents are the project-specific folders and PDFs that Rus can cite and reason from for that one job.

Project Documents are the files stored under a single project's Documents page. They are meant for project-specific material such as drawings, specs, reports, and other PDFs that should not be mixed into office-wide firm knowledge.

They matter for two reasons:

  • They keep project context separate from reusable firm-wide standards.
  • Once processed, their folders can be selected in the Rus context bar and cited back in answers.

Think of Project Documents as the working library for one project. If a file only applies to this job, it belongs here. If it should help multiple projects, it probably belongs in Firm Data instead.
