Use the project's Rus tab to select context, ask a focused question, review citations, and continue the same chat when needed.
Rus is strongest when you tell it exactly which sources it should reason from. In the app, that happens through the Context bar on the project's Rus screen.
Open the project and go to the Rus tab.
In Context, select the code bundle that matches your project when code interpretation matters.
Select the project folders and/or firm data folders that Rus should search.
Type a specific question with scope, assumptions, and the output you want.
Submit the message to start a chat session.
Review the answer and its citations.
Ask follow-up questions in the same chat if you want Rus to refine, compare, summarize, or restate the answer.
The app will not start a new Rus chat unless you have selected code or folders. Project Memory helps provide background, but it does not count as the required context by itself.
Questions that work well usually include:
The jurisdiction or code family
The building element or scope area
The phase or sheet set you care about
The form of answer you want, such as a list, comparison, or recommendation
Read and reuse an answer
Responses can contain formatted text, tables, code blocks, and mathematical expressions. Read those outputs alongside their citations. Use the response's Copy control to reuse the answer; code blocks have their own copy control.
Use the thumbs-up or thumbs-down rating controls to give feedback. If a feedback dialog opens, describe what helped or what needs correction. A rating reports feedback; it does not change the cited source.
Find an earlier conversation
Continue a project chat from its recent-chat list. For earlier conversations, open your avatar menu and choose Old Chats, then select a chat. An empty archive means no earlier chats are listed for the current account.
