Set up rooms for floor-plan checks

In a project calculator, open Floor Plans and select a plan. Choose Room Settings in the floor-plan workspace. The panel has a Function of Space table and an Occupancy table, with one row per room.

1. Check that the plan contains the intended rooms and that its save badge is current.
2. For each room, review its function and occupancy classification. Fill any missing values and correct values that do not match the drawings.
3. Run the panel's check when it becomes available. Read any readiness message or finding before moving to egress or plumbing results.

Room names or geometry alone do not establish a code classification. The occupancy values feed occupant-load and fixture calculations, so unresolved rooms can make later checks incomplete. If a classification cannot be represented accurately, record that limitation and verify it outside the generated result. After changing room properties, regenerate the affected checks.
