Fix a QA/QC Typo in Revit

Review a proposed typo fix and apply it through a connected Revit plugin.

Fix in Revit is available for QA/QC tickets labeled Typo. Other tickets show a disabled fix action because automatic fixes are not supported for them. You need edit access to generate and apply a fix. Review the proposal before running it in your model.

  1. In a QA/QC review, open a Typo ticket in Drawings.
  2. Click Fix in Revit. The dialog shows the ticket analysis and, when one is available, a proposed fix.
  3. Read the proposal and check that the intended change matches the ticket and your model. If Revit is not connected, use the Download plugin action and connect the plugin before applying the fix.
  4. Choose Apply fix in Revit on the proposed fix. Wait for the result to appear in the dialog, then inspect the change in Revit.
  5. If the fix succeeded and the ticket is resolved, click Mark ticket as completed. Applying a fix does not automatically complete the ticket.

If the proposal fails, the dialog may offer Try again. Automatic retries are limited. A successful fix can be reverted in Revit with Ctrl+Z by finding its ArchiBoost: undo entry. See ArchiBoost inside Revit for connection guidance.
