Add external Procore projects to an Autodesk CA destination and repair source access warnings.
Connect a Procore account under External accounts on the Integrations page. Then open your ArchiBoost project’s CA → Configuration tab.
- In External Procore sources, select Add source.
- Choose a connected Procore account, company, and project from the available list.
- Add any other source projects you need and Save changes in Configuration.
- Run the RFI and submittal setup checks, then review each tab’s Sync scope. New RFIs require a matching Ball in court assignment; new submittals require an active review assignment.
- Use Sync changes in the Inbox or Sync now on the Dashboard, then inspect the Dashboard for item outcomes.
Sources can also be added during first-run setup. You can remove a source from Configuration and save the change. The CA page shows a warning if a connected source account is disconnected, its project is no longer visible, or access cannot be verified. Reconnect the account in Integrations, restore Procore project access, or remove that source, then refresh CA.
An empty External sources inbox can mean no source items were found, the source was not added, or an access warning needs attention. Refresh that pane after repairing the connection.
