What Is Firm Data?

Firm Data is the shared document library for reusable office standards, templates, and prior decisions across projects.

Firm Data is your organization's shared knowledge library. It is meant for material that should help multiple projects, not just one.

Typical firm data includes:

  • Office standards and templates
  • Reusable code memos or internal guidance
  • Prior design decisions you want teams to reference again
  • Shared checklists, standards manuals, or reference PDFs

Use Firm Data when the source is part of your firm's repeatable practice. Use Project Documents when the source belongs to only one project.

Processed firm data folders can be selected in the Rus context bar, so Rus can use and cite their PDFs when answering.
