Getting Started

Your first-run checklist for creating a project, adding context, and getting a useful answer from Rus quickly.

ArchiBoost works best when you set up a project first and then give Rus the narrowest useful context. Most teams get value fastest by creating a project, adding project documents or firm data, selecting the right code bundle, and asking one focused question.

  1. Go to Projects and create a new project.
  2. Open the project and land on the Rus tab.
  3. Select a code bundle and any relevant project folders or firm data folders in the Context bar.
  4. Ask one concrete question tied to the current project scope.
  5. Review the answer and its citations before you act on it.
  6. Keep the same chat going for follow-up questions instead of starting over.

A good first question is narrow and decision-oriented, for example: what applies to a specific occupancy, floor, use, or code topic. Treat the first answer as a starting point, then tighten the scope with follow-ups.

Return to your work

The dashboard includes project shortcuts, favorite projects, and an entry point to the Detail Library. Open a project shortcut to continue work; use Projects when you need to find another project. Detail Library access depends on your organization and product role.

If your dashboard includes onboarding tasks, use the available actions to watch the introduction or release video, create a project, or Schedule a walkthrough. Completed task states are saved. The tasks shown can differ by account; completing a task does not grant product access or start a QA/QC review.

Use the What's New banner to see release information. Videos and release notes introduce features; the controls available to your account determine which workflows you can use.

For a tour, choose the dashboard's scheduling action or book a walkthrough. For navigation and display options, see Finding your way around.
