Browse and filter details

Open Detail Library > Browse. The All Details view shows your organization's library. Choose Grid View or List View from the view control. In grid view, you can change the number of columns. Use Load More Details at the bottom to fetch another page.

To narrow the list, open the filter panel and select the available filter values. Selected values appear under Active Filters. Remove an individual value there, or choose Clear All to start over. The available filters come from your library, so their options can vary by organization. Use the sort control in the toolbar to change result order.

The view selector also offers Recently Viewed and Selected Details. Recently Viewed contains details you opened on this device. Selected Details holds the details you selected for a batch action. Search and filters are disabled in those two views; return to All Details to continue browsing.
