Check the plugin connection and active document before using imports, detail management, or Model Health.
Open ArchiBoost from the Revit plugin with the intended Revit document active. Sign in to the account that has access to the project and product you need.
The Revit workspace has Import Queue, Detail management, Model Health, and Model Health v2 tabs. These tools run inside the plugin. Opening the workspace in an ordinary browser shows a message asking you to open ArchiBoost from Revit.
Check the connection
Open the Revit status indicator to check Connected or Not connected and the Revit version when available. Choose Refresh to request an updated status. If Revit does not respond, read the warning, confirm the plugin is open, and try again after restoring the connection.
A connected indicator identifies a live Revit instance. Before an import, scan, or selection action, activate the document you intend to use. Results and extracted data belong to the document or plan view scanned; changing documents does not make an earlier result current for the new document.
Navigate from a finding
Supported Model Health findings include a select action that locates their elements in Revit. Keep the scanned document active when using it. A finding without element references may have no selection action.
If the action fails, check the plugin connection and active document, then rerun the relevant check when the model has changed. See Model Health and Model Health v2 for the different scopes.
