Understand Detail Library processing statuses

Read source-file statuses while Revit uploads become browsable details.

Open Detail Library > Manage and expand a project to see each source file. The Status column describes its current library state. Use the refresh control beside the project name to request the latest file information and detail counts.

| Status | What it means | | --- | --- | | Processing | The file or its details are still being processed. Check again later. | | Uploaded | The file processing has completed, but no details are counted as ready yet. | | Ready | The file has at least one counted detail ready in the library. | | Failed | A file-processing work item failed or was cancelled. Ask your team administrator for help. | | Wont Process | The file has been marked not to process. |

The table also shows each file's total, standard, and archived detail counts when available. A dash means the count is not available in the current view. Staff may set a displayed status override, so a status label does not always describe every background step. If the label and available details disagree, refresh and ask your team administrator to check the source file.
