Send Revit drafting views to the Detail Library

Open ArchiBoost inside Revit with the intended document active, then choose Detail management. Your role must have permission for this tab. The page lists drafting views in the active document.

1. Search by view name or use All, Revisions, and New to narrow the list. Choose Refresh if the document or its views have changed.
2. Select the views to send. A view that the page identifies as a duplicate cannot be selected.
3. Choose Review and send. Review how many views will update existing details and how many will be added as new details.
4. If new details are included, select the project they belong to. Choose Send.
5. Watch each view's result. Exporting from Revit is still in progress; Sent · processing in the library means the upload was accepted but library processing is still underway. Wait for Added to the library or Revision added to the library before treating it as complete.

The progress page can show a failure for one view while others succeed. Use Retry for failed or unsent views. Stop after this view lets the current export finish before stopping. If you switch the active Revit document, refresh the view list before sending from the new one.
