What Are Cartoon Sets?

A Cartoon Set is a named collection of details from the Detail Library that belongs to a specific project. They give your team a way to curate the details that are relevant to the current job and keep them organized in one place.

Use Cartoon Sets to:

• Pull together the subset of details from the firm library that apply to a particular project, phase, or discipline.
• Give the set a meaningful name so teammates know what it represents, such as a sheet number, scope package, or submission milestone.
• Browse and inspect all the details in a set from a single expanded view.
• Delete a set when it is no longer needed without affecting the underlying details in the library.

Sets created from the Cartoon Sets page belong to a selected project. A project can have multiple sets, and a detail can be included in multiple sets. The Generate Cartoon Set action can assemble a set from your description; review its contents before use.
