Manage details and source files

Mark standards, flag or archive details, and review the projects and files behind the library.

With Detail Library Manage access, open a detail from Browse and use its Manage section:

  • Mark as standard detail identifies a preferred detail for use in projects.
  • Flag as non-detail identifies an extracted item that is not actually a detail, such as a schedule or legend.
  • Archive hides a detail from ordinary search results while keeping it in the system. Clear the checkbox to unarchive it.

The selected-details action bar can also mark a batch as standard or archive it. Review your selection before using a batch action.

For source files, open Detail Library > Manage. Projects are listed with file and detail counts. Expand a project to inspect its Revit files, source, counts, and processing status. Use Upload on a project to add a file, New Project to create a past project, or the project settings button to edit project information. The Analytics page requires its own permission.
